Turfway Park has signs at every entrance to the neighborhood informing everyone that overnight street parking is prohibited. Beyond being unsightly, it creates a safety risk for vehicles driving in the neighborhood.
Despite the signs, we continue to face this issue while it continues to grow more frequent. It’s resulted in multiple accidents in the past few months.
That being said, we will be taking immediate action. Violators will receive one warning sticker on their vehicle. The Board will take note of the make, model, and license plate. Should the same vehicle be in violation again, there will be no warning and it will be towed at the owners expense.
