2014 Annual Meeting Summary

The Annual HOA Meeting was held on Sunday, November 9th, 2014 at the White River Branch of Johnson County Public Libraries. The 2014 Annual Meeting Summary is now available for download. This summary includes meeting minutes as well as budget detail attachments. This document will be available to view at any time on the Documents page. Thank you to all of the residents who attended! November Security Update #2

Turfway Park’s security officer, Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Edwards, has reported recent thefts from vehicles in the nearby Buckmoor Manor neighborhood. The suspect has been described as a male driving a tan Chrysler Lebaron with a loud exhaust. If you see this vehicle, please call the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office at 317-736-5155.

As a reminder, please remove all valuables from vehicles and lock them overnight.

November Security Update

Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting

Save the date! The Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting will take place on Sunday, November 9th at 2pm at the White River Library. This meeting will include a review of the HOA budget and elections for the HOA Board of Directors among other agenda items. The library is located near the intersection of Smith Valley Road and State Road 135 at 1664 Library Blvd, Greenwood, 46142.

September Security Update

Turfway Park’s security officer, Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Edwards, has reported recent burglaries in the area. Suspects were described as two tall, black males possibly wearing grey sweatshirts and jeans. The suspects were reported to be driving a newer model silver sedan.

Reminder- Neighborhood Garage Sale Tomorrow!

Hello neighbors! This is just a reminder that the HOA Board of Directors is hosting a neighborhood garage sale tomorrow, Saturday, August 23rd, from 8am-2pm. Feel free to extend those hours to fit your schedule and advertise on garage sale sites if you’d like to. We hope to see everyone tomorrow. Have fun! 😀

Fall Garage Sale

The neighborhood fall garage sale has been set for Saturday, August 23rd. The HOA Board of Directors will post signs at the neighborhood’s entrance and throughout the neighborhood to advertise. Feel free to post your individual sale on garage sale sites. Let your neighbors know! 🙂
