Annual HOA Meeting – July 16th 2pm
The annual Turfway Park HOA meeting is scheduled for Sunday, July 16th at 2pm at the Johnson County Public Library, 1664 Library Blvd.
This is a fantastic time to meet the HOA board members, review the HOA budget, and ask questions. We hope to see you there!
Turfway Park Neighborhood Garage Sale – Saturday July 8th 7am-4pm
The neighborhood garage sale this summer has been set for Saturday July 8th, 7am until 5pm.
The HOA Board of Directors will rent a sign for the neighborhood’s entrance advertising the date and time.
Feel free to post your individual sale on garage sales sites. Let your neighbors know!

Trash Can reminder
As a reminder, storage of trash receptacles between trash day pickups are governed by our covenants. The trash receptacles must be stored away from the street view. This ensures our neighborhood maintains a good appearance.
Not adhering to this request is a violation. The HOA will begin notifying homeowners in the near future to formally address this issue.
Otto’s Streetscapes
The HOA Board of Directors has signed an agreement with Otto’s Streetscapes that will guarantee a discount for mailbox/post replacement. Their phone number is 317-886-4400.

Mailbox posts over time become weathered and weak at ground level. There is a way to repair the post yourself for very little expense.
