Annual Dues

The annual dues will not increase for 2020 due to our healthy financial reserve and delinquencies being at an all time low. Please see the January newsletter for more details.

Pay Your HOA Dues Online!

The Board of Directors is happy to announce that annual HOA dues can now be paid online with your credit card, debit card, or bank account information. There is a small fee for this service. Check out https://quickdues.com/index.php#pay for more info!

Updated Rules and Regulations – Parking

Turfway Park Rule & Regulations have been updated to reflect changes regarding street parking. Please contact the HOA if you have any questions!

Pond Signage

New signs have been installed at our retention pond.  All but one original sign remained and it was in bad shape. The signs prohibit non-residents from fishing and trespassing on our common area.  As before, fishing and use of the common areas is permitted for all residents and their guests.  Signage also warns that the pond is chemically treated.  We would advise against consuming fish taken from our pond.
Also, the HOA attorney has created an addendum to our Rules and Regulations that prohibits ALL firearms and archery from our common areas.  Violators will be turned over to our attorney that could result in financial and court action.  When recorded it will be posted on this site.

December Security Update

A neighbor shared the following information to Turfway Park’s NextDoor site:

A few men have been spotted driving a brown van in a neighborhood near the intersection of Stop 11 & Combs Road claiming to sell Kirby products and giving wrapping paper as an incentive for listening to them. The men then come back to your house later to break in. This has been confirmed by a local police officer and residents have been asked to contact police if you see these suspects and vehicle.
